THE CAMPUS ERP
From the application form to the transcript.
Rize is your Enterprise Resource Planning system, and it holds the record. An applicant becomes a student, a student becomes a ratified result, and a result becomes a transcript that must hold up years later. We operate it. Your institution owns what it says.
Rize runs behind a complete demonstration university. Sign in as a guest and open the registrar’s office.
WHY THIS EXISTS
One record, not eleven spreadsheets.
Admissions keeps a sheet. Finance keeps a second. The examination office keeps the one that matters, on somebody’s laptop. Each is correct on its own terms, and none of them agree in the week a Vice Chancellor has to sign.
And whoever holds root holds the record. Where that is your own staff, a result can be amended after publication, and nothing in the arrangement prevents it.
Rize holds one version of a student. A named specialist answers when a figure looks wrong.

Accreditation is a reporting problem until the week it is not.
A review does not ask whether you taught the programme. It asks which course outcome met which programme outcome, for which cohort, with the evidence attached. Most universities rebuild that in spreadsheets in the fortnight before the visit.
Rize maps outcomes as the term runs. Course outcomes attach to the assessments students sit in Edify. Programme outcomes roll up from them. Surveys sit against the same cohorts.
ED Prep weights each examination across these outcomes, so the evidence arrives with the paper: See ED Prep
HOW THE TWO PLATFORMS DIVIDE
Edify holds the term. Rize holds the record.
Edify holds the marks while the term runs: the assignment set on Monday, the submission that lands on Friday, the score a student watches. Rize holds what the institution stands behind: the examination timetable, the ratified result, the transcript. Edify supplies it, and nothing is entered twice.
THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION
Open a real registrar’s office.
Four departments run live at edu.tifaqm.com: admissions, finance, HR and academics. Sign in as a guest and open them as a registrar would. No form stands in front of it, and no one calls you afterwards.
