Enrolment week is survived, not run. Three offices hold three versions of the same cohort. TIFAQM holds the two systems underneath: Edify, your Learning Management System, and Rize, your Enterprise Resource Planning system. One named specialist is answerable for both.

A transcript is a claim a graduate makes about themselves for the rest of their working life. A lost enrolment is somebody’s year.
WHY THIS EXISTS
Who holds root on your results?
In an in-house build, your own staff. The person who opens enrolment can admit a candidate who did not meet merit. The person who publishes a result can amend it afterwards. Nothing prevents either, and the Vice Chancellor signs what the system produces.
TIFAQM holds the systems. Your institution holds the record. We hold root, and no change to a result passes without a record of who made it and when.
And the maintenance never stops: servers, upgrades, backups, penetration testing, and the salaries behind all of it.
THE ACADEMIC YEAR
Three movements, one custodian.

Admission and enrolment
Applications, offers, fee vouchers, enrolment. Enrolment closes in Rize on the date you published.

Teaching and assessment
Course shells, coursework, assessment. Faculty teach in Edify, and the ED apps carry what a lecturer cannot.

Transcript and graduation
Results ratified, transcripts issued, the record closed in Rize and still defensible in an appeal years later.

Rize
Holds the record. Admission, examination, accreditation, transcript. Nine capability groups, from the merit list to the annual appraisal.
