COURSE PREPARATION

A course, built by Friday.

ED Assistant builds the course. Give it the topic, the chapter count, your textbook and who the cohort is. It returns a syllabus, the chapters, slides, quizzes, audio and infographics, packaged and ready to bring into your course shell.

Interactive demonstration to come

Course Package

Name a topic and watch the syllabus build

WHY THIS EXISTS

A new course, three weeks out.

It is handed to whoever has capacity, which usually means whoever is worst placed to refuse. The first four weeks get built properly. The rest gets built the night before, all term, and everyone can tell.

WHAT COMES BACK

A whole package, not a starting point.

You tell it what to include and what to leave out, and it works to both.

Syllabus

A chapter arc across the course, designed against the topic and the cohort you described.

Chapters

Written material, chapter by chapter, following your outline and your textbook where you name one.

Slides

Presentation material for each chapter, ready to teach from.

Quizzes

Questions per chapter, for practice rather than assessment.

Audio and infographics

Narration and diagrams, for the students who do not learn from a wall of text.

THE BOUNDARY

It prepares. It does not teach or assess.

ED Assistant sees no student work, awards nothing and proposes no marks. Every chapter, slide and question it produces is your lecturer’s to accept, change or throw away before a student sees any of it. Nothing it makes is teaching until a person decides it is.

THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION

Build one and read it.

Sign in as a guest at edu.tifaqm.com and put a topic in. Read what comes back and judge whether you would teach from it. No form stands in front of it, and no one calls you afterwards.
